Q: How long can I wear this for in a day?

I wore mine for 10+ hours for wedding. It was form fitting and smoothing for me. The top came to the bottom of my regular bra so there was zero conflict and bunching. Only struggle was pulling on and off to go the bathroom. Bought a Large and I wear size 12-14

I’m 5’1” 207 lbs big stomach, no waist and it does bring your stomach in about 3 inches it smooths you like spanx and because of my short stature the panty did roll a bit.
