WOW
I bought this item from another website but I wanted to leave a review on Amazon just in case they bring it back and someone wants to buy it. Please do not let the negative reviews put you off. This stuff is amazing. I have suffered with chronic sinus issues for several years. Regular sinus infections, polyps, sinus migraines, congestion and everything in between. I have used every other nasal spray on the market including steroid sprays from the doctor but nothing helped me to clear out the gunk as well as Sinus Plumber {Please remember that each person reacts differently so no 2 will get the same benefits. What works for me might not work for you but I will still recommend this item to anyone needing sinus help}. A word of warning... it stings like hell when you first use it but that eases within 10-15 seconds. I actually like the feeling because it shows that it is working and it's doing something within the sinus cavities. If I have to use this daily forever then that's ok, I would rather have a slight sting in my nose than going through surgery which my doctor wants but I do not. So, yes I recommend this product to anyone wanting help to clear their sinuses or to help with allergies.

Does nothing for me and not worth the price!
I have been reliant on decongestant nasal sprays for about 12 years now, multiple times a day to stay clear and fight against the rebound affect…been looking for a natural spray that would help me through those rebounds and get me off the stuff. read the good reviews about this stuff and thought this was the juice of god to help me! but can honestly say, sitting here with my nose blocked to the point of no air in or out - it doesn’t work well! Not worth the £24 I paid!!

Will make your nose flow but might make things worse.
This certainly gets things moving if you are a bit clogged up, but for me it made things worse in the long run and seems to have worsened a chronic sinus problem.

Ineffective snake oil
With long standing allergic and non allergic rhinitis which have not responded to conservative treatments I have strayed into the world of complementary therapies, hence Sinus Plumber. It has proved to be a complete waste of money; no use whatsoever and in truth not warranting even one star but the no start option is currently unavailable. Perhaps Amazon should consider introducing this for products that they sell which are manifestly not fit for purpose!

Congested? This will clear it!
I completely understood what I was getting myself into. I mean, it’s made Cayenne pepper and horseradish and it goes up my nose. I KNEW this couldn’t feel good. But yet somehow, I still wasn’t adequately prepared for just how powerful the burn of intense pepper would be in my nose. Crap; now I have to do the other nostril. Everything will run. Everything. You snot, you blot, you will cry and you may even think whoever invented this stuff is insane, but holy cow does it clear you out! I was sick and struggling with getting anything to drain. I’m on day 3 and I’m already getting used to the burn. If you’re desperate to breathe again, buckle up butter cup, and give this a go! This remedy is 100% worth it and will clear you out!

Great product
While this may be harsh the first few uses, as someone who has allergies and a huge yard to mow, this stuff is totally worth it. I use it regularly and cant go without!

It’s like nasal pepper spray
I was hoping it worked better than afrin, it doesn’t.

I am stunned.
In short, this has been nothing less than a life changer for me. Obviously your mileage will vary, but in my case this really was the difference between mediocre at best sleep always and generally feeling tired and run down regularly, to what has been a massive improvement in my sleep and overall health.I have been dealing with for the last 3+ years what I have come to think is chronic non-allergic rhinitis. A pretty much constant level of nasal swelling with some continuous level of mucus. After the first few months of it I went to the doctor where I was started on steroidal nose spray and told to start trying out different allergy medications to see if any knocked the symptoms back. Tried a few, no dice. Reading the literature (or lack thereof) about long term steroidal nose spray use made me search out other options. Started doing bulb syringe rinses nightly with filtered water mixed with saline packets. This helped flush some and got me to about the same place as the steroidal spray so I stopped using that. But was still having (what I didn't realize until using sinus plumber) pretty bad sleep.Enter sinus plumber. Read some of the reviews about strong burning sensation and decided at this point I was ready to burn my nose out in the hope of feeling better. I think the best comparison I can make is the sensation you'd imagine to get if you shoved horseradish directly up your nose, it certainly has a kick, and that's how you can tell it's working. Within seconds I can feel my sinuses open up, drain, and stay opened up for some time after. The burning sensation drops off after a few seconds and lingers for a little while, but I've come to enjoy that as a sign that it's working. I've integrated this in to my nightly and morning routine with bulb syringe at night and after shower in the morning and it is magical. It hasn't completely eliminated my issues, but it's brought things back to a sustainable manageable state with me feeling much better overall. Also with zero observable side effects, no effect on smell, no increase in bloody nose or anything you might be afraid of when spraying hot peppers up your nose.As a bonus there are internet searchable studies out there on the positive effects on capsaicin and inflammation. This is the sort of interesting reading I find on a known natural substance with proven properties that gets completely sidelined for big pharma products by the medical establishment. I'm not one of those only homeopathic quacks, but you can tell when a scientifically verified natural product has been tossed in the bin in favor of patented money makers.

Intense!!
It's an experience you've never had. It's cayenne pepper and horseradish. Think wasabi and Cajun seasoning being sprayed up your nose. You won't notice the wasabi because the pepper takes center stage. Either way, I don't think it would be pleasant in the eyes. BUT, after the initial shock (every time- you won't get used to it), it actually works. That's what remedies are supposed to do. I like the idea of not spraying chemicals in my nose if I can find products that work. This and the xlear both work.
