Quite simply the best ab roller on the market. I've used various ones in the past. At the gym, at friends', at work. Nothing is as smooth, quiet or as stable as this. The rubber tread is perfect. It's grippy and quiet. Most rollers have hard rubber or plastic tread. All are noisy when used on anything but carpet. This can be used on any surface for a smooth and grippy motion. The ebooks are comprehensive and detailed. They have a lot of information in from a real beginner to more advanced needs. I have been using the Fitnessery Ab Roller for about 2 weeks now. To be honest I said I will review this product after I give it a proper test. I already started feeling the effect of the training after a couple of training sessions. Build quality is excellent, it comes with a knee pad which helps a lot when you use the roller and it is complemented by some reading materials which I am still reading. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good abs training.

A simple device for a not-so-simple exercise. Good quality. It does not fell it will break anytime soon. The free knee-pad is a bit small as it will move out of position after about 5 reps. A bigger knee pad would have been better, but I guess that would have made the whole package more expensive.

I was a little sceptical that a decent ab roller could be had at this price (£16), but I've been pleasantly surprised. It took only a minute to put together and the overall construction is very good. The grip on the wheel is great and tracks straight along the ground. The bar and grips are comfy. It's relatively small, so can be tucked away, and you can dismantle it too if needs be. In use, it rolls along the ground smoothly and tracks straight. Using the included knee pads, I was able to go nearly full extension and not once did I feel the ab roller bind or slow. Time will tell whether it wears unevenly and notches. I was at first disappointed that it didn't take the weight that well when operating from toes, rather than knees, but testing on other ground surfaces, I found that I needed a really hard floor (pavement) to make it work as well as on a wooden floor from the knees. Overall, very pleased with my purchase and I have no doubt it'll last a good while.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this product, particularly for its price point. It's very tough and robust and certainly capable of coping with larger folks like myself. The rubber surface provides good traction and the wheel moves very smoothly around the handles. The knee pads are somewhat of a token addition that may be of use to you if you're using a particularly unwelcoming surface. I'm not sure how well the knee pads will stand up, because I'm not likely to use them. but the ab roller itself is excellent.

The product came in good time and this is my first time using one of those things. I am trying to target the muscles this wheel gets and it definitely feels like it is working, a good burn from using this, bars are metal with soft grips and the wheel itself is smooth with rubber padding that works great on wood floor I am using it with, the little mat that comes with it is also great to use with this as it pads mu knees from getting saw, which was an issue when I didn't use it. If you want different way to work out on abs, this is a great option
