The media could not be loaded. The device itself arrived well packaged and has a good solid feel to it. The glass frontage surrounding the lens is a nice touch.On the bottom of the camera there is a handy clip style adjustment, which adjusts in three directions, making it easy to fix the camera to a surface.The camera can also be attached to a tripod mount, which is very useful.The image quality is superb, being Full HD, and is enhanced further with a manual focus adjustment ring around the outside of the lens, making it easy to fine-tune the focus. The lens is a 100 degree wide-angle lens, which gives a good wide coverage in the image.Installation was really easy, since plug and play was supported, the device installed automatically on the Windows 10 machine I use, without needing any additional software or reboots.Video captured on the device is very smooth and high frame rate, H264 codec support by the camera helps this by handling all compression so it's lighter on resources on the PC. I also found it to be very good in low light conditions. On the front of the camera there is two microphones, and the audio is very clear.Overall, I am very happy with the product and would highly recommend

Very surprised. I wanted a camera for Youtube/Twitch. Logitech all sold out and I'm impatient and got this on next day delivery.The BIGGEST surprise was the quality of the microphone. There is no need to have a separate one for Twitch etc. The microphone is FANTASTIC!Picture quality for me is great too. I was really worried as light is poor where I am set up. Picks it up no problem.I'm so impressed. The only downside for me is no software on the website. I feel it's a little zoomed out for my set up. But it is wide angle and it does that great. If someone can help me with software that would be great.So yeah. Top camera for the price. Don't see me ever needing another for twitch, Skype etc.Great!

Plug and play, Zoom app utilised the cam straight away with no issues.The manual focus was one adjust and it has been fine for many uses in the past few weeks.Happy with the device, recommend.

The camera itself is good and can be put in a variety of positions to suit your monitor/screen and is very to easy to rotate 180 degrees when you're not using it. The sound quality is fairly standard for a webcam, will make your voice sound a lot lower than it is and picks up everything - so if you were using this webcam for streaming or making videos you would still want to have a separate audio set up. Also very easy to use first time as it is plug and play but then again for windows 10 you'd expect everything to be?Picture quality is a mixed bag but generally underwhelming, while it is true it can record in 1080p, I generally set it to a lower resolution because I just cannot tell the difference between 1080 and 720 at all, can just barely notice a difference switching between 1080 and 360 and that's only when you've got the focus bang on. This makes sense given how tiny the lens is. The camera also picks up a LOT (i.e. very wide angled) so even though I'm fairly close to the webcam my face (which you can say what you like about) only takes up a small portion of the picture, which isn't great for online meetings and I don't see why this would be desirable for a streamer either. There is no auto-focus and this has to be done manually by rotating the lens, this has pros and cons for personal preference but after going from a webcam with auto-focus to one without I think I would have preferred it to have auto-focus.I bought this camera to replace my old Microsoft Studio Lifecam which I've had for nearly 10 years and eventually broke - This new camera in comparison has worse camera quality and was more expensive than when I bought my old one even when accounting for inflation (although that may have been due to COVID). I am happy(ish) with this webcam in that it does what I need it to do (video for online meetings) but if I was using it for anything more serious or creating content I would have probably returned it and looked for something a bit better.Just remember if you're buying this and see HD, you are getting a webcam that can shoot in 1920x1080 but you will not be getting HD quality.

I ordered this when the built-in laptop webcam packed up (too much use caused by enforced working from home). The unit arrived really well packaged and unmarked, which is always good. Plugged the camera in and it was immediately visible on my computer (from within Zoom, Teams, Lifesize, Google Meet and a host of others) so I didn't experience any integration or set up problems. The camera affords a much wider field of view which can either be handy or a problem, depending on what you do or don't want visible in your background. The additional focus ring is useful but since I am more-or-less static when using it I haven't played around with this too much. The microphones are good too, picking up my voice no problem (I have the camera about 2ft away mounted on top of a monitor). There are plenty of options for mounting the unit, or just standing it somewhere on your desk. For the money, I think that this is a great unit.
