After looking at other ones so did not have to drill this one works perfectly I have the ring doorbell 2024 version and after reading some reviews saying it’s not compatible well it is and after seeing another review on there explaining how to fit it was helpful you have to mount the doorbell plate to the bracket first then put it in place where you want to fit it to press and hold for about a minute then I left it for about hour before I attached the doorbell to it got a good strong stick pads on it and couple spare I did add extra pads to it to give more support so will see how long it stays up for but have gave it a slight pull on it and seams sturdy enough but it happy with it so far
