Ordered Wednesday afternoon arrived on Thursday lunchtime. Top quality lamp for my tortoise. Works perfectly and is at a very competitive price with free postage.

Does the job
A good purchase, does the job just fine. Came dented, considering I paid £22 for it I wasn’t too pleased but it doesn’t effect the functioning and can’t really see it on the item. Works well with the bulb I ordered.

Good purchase
Happy with the lamp itself and works fine. Like that there is a hook and bracket so that you can hang the lamp above. Only two issues I have: - couldn't get on with the clamp fitting. Very fiddly to do and I found it just kept dropping down so I wasn't happy using the lamp with the clamp so hung it instead - the heat guard is rubbish and doesn't stay on particularly well at all. One touch and it just drops off very easily!

Great quality product, as always
I always choose Arcadia products for my tortoise table because their quality is simply superior to other brands. I have had one lamp for 3 years and it's still going strong! The longevity is great, they work great with a thermostat and they are robust and doesn't damage easily.

Works well but was slightly dented while transit due to being sent in a box that wasn't the original manufacturer's box.

Great value, durable
Great value product and well built. Only criticism I would make is you can tilt the lamp backwards and forwards but it would be nice to be able to also twist it in a rotational way so that I could clamp to a side bem and still have the lamp pointing down. Having said that, I am very happy with the product for what I paid and so is my tortoise!
