To watch I received did not have any scratches that I could see, and so far it has performed exactly the way I think a new one would perform. I was able to configure it to use Google wallet so I could pay with the watch, it shows all of my notifications from my phone easily, and I like that I can respond to text messages directly from the watch. The voice detection has been operating well, so I have been able to use that with voice to text conversion while I create text messages, and I also been able to use it with Google Assistant to perform searches. Very satisfied so far.

The media could not be loaded. The watch face seems excellent. Everything else is filthy, worn and disgusting. They didn't even wipe it off. Every nook and cranny is filled with dead flesh and old sweat. This could be a disease-ridden watch for all I know. Probably going to return it. I'm not kidding. Disgusting. I'm still learning all the different things this watch is capable of doing. It looks great and came with new band and a new charger. I have bought extra bands but as I couldn't put this one on, I haven't tried to change it. Guess I'll wait until my son has a day off to show me how it works. You can't tell it's a refurbished watch except for the time it holds a charge. Maybe I have too many notifications turned on. I did buy a stand up charger as the one that comes with the watch has to sit just so or it doesn't charge.I'm very happy with the watch and the price was wonderful.

I've tried Amazefit and various Chinese watches. This is definitely the best one out of them.It integrates with my Samsung phone so well that it feels like it is an extension of the phone.I'm sticking with WearOS watches from now on.Great feature is that as someone with a thinner build, it is not huge. It fits great.It charges fast and can make it through a work shift and still has battery life.

Watch showed up in good condition. It had some dirt in the cracks but over all acceptable. The watch works just as intended. Unfortunately the charger they supplied with it clearly is not an original nor is it "equivalent" it is an absolute pain to get it to charge. If its not set absolutely perfect it wont charge, and the magnet isn't nearly strong enough to hold it in place.

Watch was clean. Everything looked fine. No scratches on glass but I noticed the upper armband was loose. I thought it was the one they supplied so I ordered a next set. Same thing. Come to find out whatever the armbands clamped onto into into the watch head were bad I guess they were bent. So I guess they didn't really do the greatest quality check control because if they would have tugged on the armband just slightly they would have noticed it was extremely loose even when clamped all the way in. I did request the replacement. It will take forever to come about 10 business days. I definitely would not order from this seller again.

This is tough to review. First of all, cosmetically, this watch is flawless. So they sold me one that's definitely in excellent cosmetic condition. The price is quite cheap too. However, it's cheap for a reason. The hardware/software is one of the buggiest pieces of shit I've ever used in my life. I don't know who to blame here because on google there are tonssss of people with the same issues. Mainly, often the charging wouldn't even work. Sometimes I'd put it on the charger and next thing I know it's 60%. It literally goes down while on the charger. Every single day when I try to charge it, it seems to trigger a restart. I'm like exhausted with choosing a product now because it's so hard to find a good one. This watch actually looks good and feels comfortable on the wrist unlike samsung watch. I love the watch face too. I'm going to keep using this for a while to see if the constant restart is acceptable. If I paid for this new when it came out at like 300-400 I'd be pissed. One time I had it on the charger for a long time and when I touched it, it was hot too. It's like the watch doesn't know when to stop charging. That could actually cause a fire. This thing might be like this because it's a return with a fatal hardware issue. It got sold in a lot to this seller and now they're reselling it cheap. Hard to say though. Google products are trash. Their software suite for this is pathetic compared to apple. You can't even turn off sms sync on the watch so when it gets stolen you're exposed.
