Quality and well made
This seems to be very well made. I have a LazyBoy with a built in "Headrest-like" cushion at the top of the back. As such, this rest doesn't work well for me. A little too much with both, but that was my fault for not considering that. The Memory Foam is quality and the cushion comes with "Velcro" strips to help hold it in place.

A bit big but comfort if it’s the right size for you
Product was fine it was made ok, it was too large for ‘average’ necks to have comfort behind a recliner. Caused me to lean forward with the top of my spine which was more uncomfortable. Maybe good for someone else - a larger person or a male with more neck room. Not for petit frames

YES AND NO..
Pillow is great but the adhesive does not work. I got some velcro with adhesive and used that instead.
