NOT FOR PERSONAL USE! Professional iron only!
This is a MARCEL iron. You will only know how to use it if you have not been trained to use it professionally. It is not for personal use and has a tong style handle. It is not spring loaded like the typical curling irons. This makes it extremely difficult to style your own hair. That said I’m a licensed stylist and have been trained to use this iron. It’s the best marcel out there in both quality and performance. It is ceramic and extremely rugged. I use it daily on set and in salon. It’s awesome!

The irons are beautifully made and they works well professionally, however I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size . The size is to large for the amount of hair that I normally deal with

Love the look of the curl!
This curling iron is a 1 inch Marcel curling iron, note it has no tip or spring. I personally love a Marcel curling iron. They last longer than a normal curling iron, due to them not having a spring to break on them. They do take some practice figuring out how to use them. This curling iron gets up to 450 degrees! Plenty hot, always start lower. Love the look of the curl it produces! A little trick is to turn the curling iron upside down and use it as a wand.

Love Hot Tools.
I'm a stylist and had to replace my curling irons, and this one met my needs on size and price point. I've never been disappointed in Hot Tools.

Horrible Curling Iron
Curling iron has a setting of 450° it does not get anywhere near that hot it heats intermittently sometimes it’s barely hot the kickstand falls off all the time and now it’s showing gold underneath the black paint worst iron been doing hair for 30 years.

Doesn’t Deserve Hot Tools Brand Name
This curling iron is very cheaply made. I have purchased many hot tool curling irons in the past. I have only had this one for a month. The pain has flaked off of the barrel. Every time I curl my hair I have pieces of the black paint in my hair.
