This a roller is okay for my teen, as she’s just beginning her journey to a 6 pack. I’ve used a couple of rollers over the years, but I prefer crunches. This roller felt okay, but it does take some practice to make the automatic roll-back work properly and when you want it to. We forgot to apply the little foam pad stickers at first and that.. hurt. A world of difference after they were applied.

Works good relieves stress on wrist where I had carpal tunnel issues.

Cheap plastic, doesn’t really do much for me. While putting it together already the metal to attach broke I had to fix it. Poor designed. Lame
