Nice to use for agility and to work on your ducking when you're not as flexible as you once were. *cough cough me* It's easy to assemble and it's really quite durable. It's fun to use and the value is there. For a home gym, it's perfect to use on a regular basis.

My husband absolutely loves to box so I thought this would be a cool thing to add to our home gym so he could get some boxing in while doing his workouts. This came very well packed and secured with no missing parts or pieces and everything was exactly as described. Even down to the measurements so it fit perfectly in the space we had for it. Everything is super well made and very heavy duty. The instructions were easy to read and it took literally no time to get this fully assembled. The base is very sturdy once it's all put together and everything definitely works as described. We have not run into a single issue with it. I was a little worried that it might fall over a lot since it's a little more lightweight looking but it's actually heavy enough to hold itself up easily! Definitely a solid 10 out of 10 great quality product! Worth every penny for sure!
