Would recommend this product. My hair has always grown slow. However, the amount of growth I've seen in over several of weeks it amazing. I believe it's over a 1/4'' of growth.

Does this stuff taste like candy like those gummy vitamins? No, but it's extremely tolerable. But that's a good thing in this case since I have little self control and tend to eat a whole bottle of gummy vitamins within a week. This stuff is like chalky berry flavored liquid. I got my first order of this on April 5, 2020. I dyed my hair two shades darker with permanent dye the same day to cover my stupid gray hairs, and been taking the recommended dose daily since then. Today is April 23, 2020 and noticed while looking in the mirror that my roots have clearly grown about a half inch in 3 weeks, which is mind-boggling. There is a clear line of contrast where the dye was applied when my hair was shorter, and where new gray hair has grown closer to my scalp. I definitely plan to keep ordering and see how long my hair gets in the next 6 months so I can finally fix a bad haircut from January! UPDATE: still taking this daily after about 90 days and my hair has grown about an inch and a half. My nails have also stopped breaking and I've been having to trim them more often. I love this stuff!
