Firstly the tub is well made, big and works well. I m 6'4 and fit well into it, and thanks to the well fitting cover and drain plug, keeping it clean is easy. It goes together in minutes, and has been my "happy place " since using it for the last few months. I enquired about an issue I had with it, and Chillz sorted it without any quibbles or hesitation . I genuinely will use them again as a seller, can't recommend them or the tub enough. Thank you Chillz!

Good quality product. Large enough for 6' adults. Quick delivery.Only gave 4☆ initially because, after a tiny split developed in the pods inflatable ring it took some chasing to get a replacement. However there were no ifs or buts for a refund and a new replacement was purchased, after using the Amazon return policy, without communication with the seller.Overall, value for money 5☆ a great product, and we were thoroughly enjoying using it!!UPDATE TO ABOVEAddition - replacement arrived and after a couple of weeks the ring split again!! Maybe I am not over inflating.Third time lucky 🤞 inflated the ring inside, in the warmth. No problems yet.... apart from the ice 🧊 😁

UPDATE - COMPANY RESPONDED. ASKED FOR SOME PHOTOS OF ISSUE AND VERY KINDLY SENT OUT A REPLACEMENT PART. 10/10 SERVICE.Love the pod, very well packaged and love that it came with storage bag.Loved it but unfortunately has now got a puncture along the seam, less than 2 months after purchase.

Inflated the rings on day 1 and all looked good was impressed with the overall quality. Unfortunately the inflatable rings have started to deform. Only inflated once and the bath sits in the shade. Bit disapointing.

Great product, easy to setup, so far no issues just completed fifth dunk in a row, lid seals the tub perfectly and easy to clean. I am just under 5'10 and fit easily.

I’m very glad it was recommended to me.Jumping in seems to be the only way I can brace for the cold so far, but I’m hoping getting in becomes easier as I get more used to it! 😅 It’s easily sturdy enough to do this, and I’m very impressed with the quality of it. I also like the colours. I think it looks super cool.It’s got a drainage valve on the side and also a drainage hole at the bottom to get the last bits out. It didn’t take long to fill it up and I’ve used it every last so far! It’s tough getting in it at first but after a few minutes you do feel good!Would thoroughly recommend this product and I hope my review helps!

I was sitting inside and wondered what the noise was - it was the water rushing out and flooding my patio!Updated - the seller was very responsive and helpful, item was refunded and replaced very quickly. Second product seems good so far with no issues so I assume this was a one-off fault. Very pleased with service.

This is my 2nd ice bath. Went for this one. Much bigger capacity of litre around 450 and longer. Keep temp around 10c outside comfy nice lot of room to stretch out. I'm 5ft 7 . Brilliant cover and thermo top too. Stop build up if water ok cover. Under £100 can't go wrong
