I've been practicing skin care for quite some bit now and I love this advancement to my routine. When you use this roller, you can actually FEEL the difference it's making to your skin. When I used it, I could feel the circulation on my face and neck increase. By the next morning, my skin felt better, my dark circles didn't appear as much and I had no puffy eyes. I was confused as to how to use the stone but I looked it up on YouTube and oh my god, I could honestly FEEL my lymph nodes draining. It feels so soothing and calm to my face. The hairband and makeup bag were suuuuuper cute. I use them on the daily.Quality wise: Yes, it does squeak a little bit, but I haven't experienced any other problem with it. At this price point and as someone looking to try a new thing out, I didn't mind it one bit. I mean, it's not like a little squeak is going to disrupt your life. Get over it.The customer service however was excellent. I had some questions about the stone that were promptly answered. Also, please do read the instructions. It clearly says that you should use the roller on clean skin and wash it to keep it clean.Personally, I think anyone looking to de-puff the face and increase circulation should get this. Also, don't think your skin is magically going to transform, you still need to take care of it. And always remember, drink a lot of water. If you're sincere with this and add it to your regimen, you'll see the difference.

My GF was telling me about a Jade roller in general and that she thought it would be cool to have one. I had zero knowledge of what a jade roller was or what it did but figured I would gift it to her! When I got the delivery, I was intrigued. So, in opening up the package, I was pleasantly surprised on what they included.Not only the Jade roller itself, but it looks like a hair band, some stone thing (Gua Sha stone) and a pretty sweet looking bag. (See attached pictures)So yes... I tried the Jade roller and I must say... There's something about it that was soothing. I think it was the cooling of the stone and the rolling action. I think if you use this on a regular basis, it will give you the results you're looking for.I may not actually give this to my GF... :)

While the roller arrived a day late, I cannot tell you how happy I am with this purchase! Arriving late was not an issue for me and the seller even sent me a personal email apologizing for the delay and explaining that they had switched shippers due to damaged products being delivered. I thought that was a nice touch.Anyway, because of the low price I took a chance even after reading several reviews noting it arrived broken or the roller squeaked while using. My roller is beautiful and well made, arrived intact and there is no noise emitting from it when using. It compares to the rollers several of my friends have paid upwards of $40 for. The packaging was even nice enough to send as a gift and bonus storage bag and head band make it an even better purchase. This is definitely a good buy. I love it.

It arrived broken in half so now I have a short roller in each hand...i use it for moisturizer/essences/serums/primer...I really like it. The scraper thing I use with cleansers, I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly, but it looks pretty sitting on my soap dish, so thats something. The bag and hair band are adorable, so 4 stars for those reasons and that i can still use the roller, now rollers although the end is jagged where it broke. I considered the idea that they are sending pre-broken rollers with cute swag so the buyer will keep the lot and not have any hard feelings.

I bought this after reading so many positive opinions about this tool. I wasn't sure what kind of result I would see.I've been using both the gua sha and the jade roller both for 5 minutes, twice a day, after I've washed and moisturized my face and neck. And my results and wonderful. This took helps with puffiness under the eyes. I say if you're unsure about this method, give it a go. You never know until you try.My package arrived on time and was just as described. I received a email from the seller, asking if my package was ok, because delivery drivers where not handling the packages properly. I thought that was great service.If you are looking to buy a jade too, I recommend this seller. The quality and service is great!

The seller reached out to me asking for a review in such words: "And if everything went as it was supposed to go, and you ARE VERY happy, it would be amazing if you could leave us an honest review". Meaning, if you are going to give us 5 stars, please leave a review, otherwise don't bother. I answered to the message that the roller is annoyingly squeaking and got a reply that I should try treating it with coconut oil. Since I don't have much experience in lubricating rollers with oil, I just didn't respond back but didn't leave a review or initiate a return. Well, today I got another same standard 5 stars review-soliciting email from the seller so I decided to respect their wish and take my time to leave this review. Come on, guys, at least keep track of the previous communication history with the customer. I would take all other reviews for this seller with a grain of salt given their practices.

You get what you pay for...I love the headband the most. I had to return the first jade roller because it came apart and almost stabbed me in the eye. The company was very quick to respond and exchanged the broken product. It’s made cheaply but does the job. Been using it daily for a few weeks now, not sure if I notice any results. But it feels good on my face and neck. As for the other piece, I have no idea what to do with that.
