I’m amazed !!! Genuinely amazed. My snoring has stopped and really happy !!!I breathe through my mouth at night as my nose gets congested. My snoring is sometimes so loud I startle myself awake! I have used nose strips which help but these often come unstuck during the night. Fed up with weird sleep positions with one hand pushed against my face to open up my nose I decided to give it a try.It’s a weird feeling to have something in your nose but at the same time be able to breathe so clearly. The sensation is like when you’ve cleared your nasal passage with a whole bottle of carvol menthol oil in a bowl of steaming water with a towel over your head lolI am delighted I did. Instant results! Like shoving 2 sharpened pencils up your nostrils and forcing them up into your brain but trust me you do get used to it.Once you find the right position up your snout it’s relatively comfortable.What other reviewers miss out is the reduction in stress and frustration caused by difficulties breathing is also very, very welcome. I slept very well and did not find using the product uncomfortable at all.I will be buying these every 3 months from now. Totally amazed at how well this works.

I found fitting the device was simplicity itself and had no problem getting the device positioned and comfortable. It is similarly easy to remove, rinse and pop back into its box until the following night. I wore this device last night and immediately noticed how much easier it was to take a breath through my nose. I have a fitness tracker that also monitors my sleep and there was a noticeable increase in the length and quality of my sleep.

I am wearing this snore device for my wife's sanity. She says I snore loudly and increasingly more as I get older. This snore device is comfortable to wear in bed for sleeping and does not affect me getting off and staying asleep. Wife says she has noticed some lessening of my snoring so she is very happy. I was dubious whether these would work and on my wife’s suggestion ordered them. I must say they have really helped from a dry mouth, snoring and sleep perspective. But more importantly it is helping me to train myself to nose breathe which I now believe will help me with getting better oxygen into the bloodstream.

They are amazing 4 of us are using them in our house. We are sleeping better the snoring has virtually stopped, personally I don't think they 'fall out' during sleep. I personally find them comfortable and easy to use, wake up feeling refreshed and clear headed.
