Of all the brands I've tried for my kiddo these Hot Wheels RC cars seem the best. Others I've tried didn't work well and batteries died so quickly. These are more powerful and have a longer battery life than other small RCs. Not to mention these fit on all your Hot Wheels tracks!

My son is 7 and he loves this remote control car. Tiny and fast

The media could not be loaded. This hot wheels RC car works perfectly with hot wheels tracks, and goes PLENTY fast for loops. It navigates corners with no problem unless you press the turbo button, and at times that’s enough to make it fly off the track. The battery lasts a surprising length of time, and it charges every quickly.The steering works with differential drive motors, not typical rack-and-pinion steering - steering left causes the right wheel to spin by itself, turning right causes the left wheel to spin by itself. One side effect is that, as someone else noted, you cannot steer while driving in reverse.This is good in that less moving parts means greater durability, but bad in that it simply does not work on any kind of rug or carpet. We’ve had the most fun by using hot wheels tracks and just not steering at all!

Fun while it lasted, which was about 4 hours of driving around. Used for a little obstacle-race mini game at New Year's party. Now, no matter how much the steering is adjusted it keeps turning one way.

My son loves this car

Got this as a gift for my son’s teen friend. He absolutely loved it. Never would have bought it for himself, but its hot wheel size and speed brought him so much enjoyment that even his dad wanted to try it!

This is a slightly enlarged hot wheels car with a motor. On the track, phenomenal. Off the track, turns are bad, spin outs are constant, and and if you have a single hair producing creature in your home, you will be disassembling a lot to clear entanglements. Not good on carpets. If you don't have a hot wheels track, don't get it.
