Fantasic little PC for a few days and then.. and then
Like most reviewers before me, I have nothing but praise for this powerful little marvel. No tricks. No surprises. Very fast. Extremely easy to set up. The most surprising thing I can say is the packing. Reminds me of Apple and a few other high end European products. I bought it to replace an 4-5 year old HP mini because no matter what I tried, I could not get my ISP's bandwidth. Even had their tech here with me proving the HP was the issue. When I got this unit, I put side by side and simply moved cables, turned it on and voila, worked perfectly. Started adding my software little by little, testing the velocity to Spectrum. At one point, I stopped listing each change I made because it looked like there would be no issue. Unfortunately after several more additions, internet velocity dropped in half, similar to my old HP. There was no documentation. No W11 disk or USB. But when I googled W11, it said you can reinstall from the OS itself. So I pushed a few keys, went for lunch and when I came back, I had a fresh install. I took a speed check. Was getting 700+ mb on my wireless, so I started installing software again. This time I documented each step and did not stop. This time all my software was installed and I was still getting 700+. I used it for that day and proved I was able to work which involves a lot of video downloading, editing and uploading. The machine is a little powerhouse. The CPU is superb. Worked that day and the next. Halfway through the next day, I had to attach an SSD through a USB port to get at some of my files. I'd been using this SSD for about a month in my other HP mini. Avast runs nightly. AFAIK it was fine.Shortly after I plugged it into the CK10, the screen went black. I rebooted the CK10, it came up doing crazy things. Several reboots and several combinations of weird behaviour like the USB mouse wouldnt work. The next reboot, the USB keyboard wouldn't respond. Next reboot both failed. Next reboot both worked. I logged into W11 and everything worked for 20-30 secs and screen went dark. I rebooted again. This time the bios didn't appear. Reboots after that had to be pulling the power to get the bios to appear. I removed the SSD, same behaviour. After several more reboots, I gave up. Packed up the unit and went to Amazon returns to replace it with another. But Amazon didn't offer a replacement. I assume because it was bought on Amazon Prime day, I couldn't swap it. If I wanted a replacement I have to pay $100 more. Needless to say, I'm not happy. It was a great machine for 2-3 days. I have never seen anything like this before. Since my SSD still is completely clean with both Avast and McAfee, I have to assume there was some kind of hardware failure that was either a matter of time or caused by plugging into that USB port.I will re-order something. I will look at CK10 Chinese competitors now that I'm paying full price. To anyone reading this review, I'd recommend when you get the unit, put it to work asap and work it for the 30 day return period. I will certainly make sure I do that for the next one.EDIT 7-27-2023Customer service contacted me within a day of posting 3 stars. Asked what they could do to make it right. Engaged in several messages until I figured it was either a bot or someone English comprehension challenged. After I thanked them very much but no thankyou, I received a message from another return address that flat out offered to replace the PC for me to try it to see if this would satisfy me. I agreed. One is on the way. I'm 99.5% sure this PC will be fine. I'll know for sure next week. Have to give customer service 5 stars. Cant say I've ever seen a vendor give you an expensive product to try for 30 days no strings, no credit card attached. These people really do adhere to 'the customer is always right'.Update Apr 21/24Forgot to update after I got the replacement. It worked perfectly. 7 months later, still working almost perfectly. There's an issue with BT headphones. I have 3 different sets. None of them connect as expected. I dont remember who told me but the but the solution was go to Device Manager. remove the included BT driver. Plug in BT USB adaptor. Turn on your headphones. Work fine. I never turn off my PC but when I occasionally take it to a client site, I have to repeat the process. Done this easily 15-20x. Works every time. Maybe by now, if you buy the PC, someone at Kamrui has fixed the bug. I could likely call for a fix but I'm happy with my quirky little process. Buying another one today for backup.Update 6/21/2024Been using it out of the country on 220V since 11/23. It's on 24/7. Business & Personal. Lots of big spreadsheets and video. Performance same as it was when I got it. Feel it several times a day for heating (old habits die hard). Always cool to the touch. M.2 always runs in the mid 40's (centigrade). On June 17, M.2 health dropped 3% due to bad sectors discovered. Automatically used us 9% of reserved space to handle it. As of today, HDSentinel reports M.2 at 91% health--still excellent. I will replace it with another 512M.2 when I get back.Bluetooth still doesn't work because I didn't call/email tech support when I first noticed it. I bought a Bluetooth adapter which works when I disable the onboard generic bluetooth service every time I use it. When I get back home, I'll ask tech support for an update.I ordered another Kamrui as a backup. Should be sitting on my desk when I get back.Someone said these miniature computers are the future of PC's.I've been carting it around in my backpack for months now, from place to place here in S.A. I remember the days when we carted around mini towers from place to place. Definitely a better solution. Easier on the back too :). Also less likely to be stolen. Local robbers here dont know it's a computer. Threw it on the floor and stole the monitor instead. Nice.

Great price for powerful Mini Computer.
Great mini-computer. Although the only thing mini about this computer is the size! It boots up to Win 11 in less than 30 seconds. I had several older laptops, a Lenovo and HP. Both of which were not compatible with win 11, so Microsoft forced me to buy a new computer. I know I didn't really have to, but it was time to upgrade anyway. I was using the best of the 2 laptops as a desktop anyway. (Using external monitor, keyboards and mouse) So I went for this Kamrui Mini Computer. Very impressed after about 2 weeks so far. Everything worked right out of the box. I was having difficulty getting my cell phone to connect to Microsoft Phone Link. (Android app is called Link to Windows). I emailed their tech support and was very impressed with the customer service. All communication was through WhatsApp. They are in China so 12 hrs ahead of us. That was the only inconvenience. But they were able to help get all the settings set up and everything is great now. It has a total of 6 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port (That will support a monitor), 1 HDMI port and 1 DP port, so can support up to three monitors. WiFi 6 and Bluetooth. It even looks great sitting on my desk! I thought about mounting under the desk, but it is so small I didnt need to! I would highly recommend!

Best mini pc
I’ve been using the Kamrui Mini PC for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! As someone who needs a reliable computer for both work and entertainment, this little device has been a game-changer. It’s incredibly fast—thanks to the powerful processor and SSD, I can switch between tasks like video editing, streaming, and browsing without any lag. The compact design is perfect for my small desk, and I love how it doesn’t take up much space but still delivers desktop-level performance. Plus, setting up my dual monitors was a breeze with the HDMI ports. What really stands out to me is how portable it is. I often work from different locations, and being able to just slip the Kamrui Mini PC into my bag is so convenient. The Wi-Fi 6 support ensures I always have a stable and fast internet connection, which is a huge plus for video calls and streaming. For the price, this mini PC offers incredible value—it’s powerful, versatile, and perfect for anyone who needs a compact yet high-performing computer. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

These PCs are not dependable
I have recently purchase two of these PCs and had to return both. The first one would not load Windows11 so it never got started. The second one I got started OK, but completely shut down when left unattended. I tried several different settings, but the PC shut down and needed a complete restart each time. I also connected a second monitor to the PC and it would not connect after the PC was restarted. At this point, I figured I was having too many problems to continue with this PC. I wanted to return it to get a refund before I had to keep it

So far so good!
Works ok so far, it setup quickly with windows 11, so no problems there. The computer is also pretty quiet so it doesn't bother me as another mini I tried last year. Hope it hangs in there!

Great PC, May have to overclock it before heavy uses.
OK Pc, its what you expect from a $200-$300 PC. Can't really do mass multitasking as in playing a GPU And CPU Heavy game such as Fortnite and also use YouTube, the only thing removing one star is the fact that I average 30-45 FPS On a creative map in Fortnite with the lowest settings and performance mode. If you want it to work better I suggest using max visuals over 2 weeks then slowly lowering them so it can get used to it. But, for $270 When I bought it, its worth the small issues that It has. Also has great WIFI connectivity, with an adapter it is a beast during a ping based battle. Overall, great mini PC, but if you have enough money for an actual PC Build that ranges from $500-$700 then get that instead.
