Mini computers are wonderful!!! So small easy to move around and work very well. Well first off I don't like laptop computers. Keyboards are too small. I like a desktop computer and have always used that. Full size keyboard and mouse. Mini computers can do all the things I used to do on my desktop while taking up a small amount of space. I got the first one and it was amazing!!! Now I have the 2nd one up and running. Went with a higher end one around $250 see below. It is amazing, faster more access and higher optics for my monitor a full size tv. The ease of setup and the updated version of Windows 11 makes it so much easier. This was sold as a gaming computer which makes the monitor work so much more smoothly.

I'm really happy with this Mini PC. It strikes a great balance of power and noise level. Powerful enough to do most things and whisper silent at the same time. I love that it was so easy to mount to the back of my monitor with the included bracket. The only bummer was that the logo and stickers were upside down when mounted this way. I contacted the company and got a quick response saying they will consider my suggested change in the next build run. I have not done any gaming with it, but for general purpose use, it is VERY fast and responsive!

This little mini is quite capable and quiet. If you get it on sale it is a great little pc for media and light gaming. The only downside really is the included ssd. They should have included a faster m.2 drive instead. They could have done so for maybe a cost of 5-10 dollars more at most. So when I got this I wasn't quite happy with the ssd performance. I got a new m.2 and put a fresh install of windows 11(always do a fresh, clean install with a new pc) on it: I got the Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD. (Don't worry, the Windows 11 license is unaffected by the drive change and fresh install.) Now don't get me wrong, if you're using this just as a media device the included ssd is fine. Or if you are upgrading from a really old machine that uses a mechanical drive, you'll be delighted with the included ssd drive. However, M.2 drives are just a lot faster, and now this thing boots in no time and is now really nice and snappy overall. You can definitely tell the difference. And then if you want to you can reformat the original ssd and use it for a little extra storage. I have a large external drive, so I elected to not use the orignal ssd, and keep that slot open for slightly better internal air flow. This also came with 1 stick of 16GB DDR4 RAM. If you have 2 sticks of 8GB laying around, or 2 sticks of 16 GB, that would be even better. If not, the single stick is OK. But if you want to do a little gaming, 2 sticks is a must in my opinion. Just better performance. But serious gamers obviously should build their own pc. For someone like me, though it is perfect. I can have as many tabs open in my browser as I like, watch a video, and even game a bit with older titles and lower settings. I've even played less demanding games and watched videos at the same time. It's only a couple months old, but no issues so far.

***REVIEW FOR KAMRUI AM21 -- please note which model is being reviewed as the review section contains reviews for multiple products.*** With the 10% discount, I grabbed this 32gb 1tb model at a nice price. Teardown was easy. I replaced the thermal paste, installed Bazzite for Steam gaming, and saved the Windows 11 key just in case. No issues running Steam so far in deck or desktop mode. I wish it had a second fan, the current single fan exhausts upward through the upper side-grilles but could use more active ventilation, but it's such a compact model. No Oculink port but I didn't need one. I am replacing the wifi/bluetooth card -- the current one disconnects enough to be annoying. This PC is being used exclusively as a mini Steam PC. Makes less noise than my GMKTec K8 plus. Update 12/24/2025: the wifi connection cuts in and out on occasion and so I'm replacing the M.2 wifi/bt card with an AX210. Update: 12/30/2025: installed an AX210 wifi/bt card. I previously forgot to mention that setting the front power button to the correct position for re-assembly can be tricky. If you don't the power button goes off-center with respect to the internal switch. For reassembly, make sure the case power button is all the way out (push the inside toward the case shell so the exterior button is seated as far up as possible). Pull the front case panel away, giving a little extra room for the button to seat correctly, then snap the two halves shut.

When I received the KAMRUI AM21 it was packaged nicely, and the setup instructions were easy to follow. It took about 30 minutes to set up and run all the Windows updates. The pc runs quiet and cool while running multiple applications with ease. I like that I can mount it to the back of my portable monitor for easy transport when needed. It is also a space saver. I have used it for streaming, school and work and some programing and have had no problems. It has enough ports for my hardware and then some. I feel I got a great PC for the price. I would definitely buy another one.

Good PC just not what I was looking for. Slower than I expected and not that great for gaming my son couldn't play Fortnite which is the only reason we got it. Other than that it ran well and would be a great PC for someone looking for just an every day computer. Just nothing that needs a good graphics card. Set up was easy.
