Q: How thick are these at the toe and heel?

Not able to measure them exactly but I'd guess at the heel portion they are about an inch from top to bottom since the underside of the heel part has an extra support colored red..then on the toes area they are much thinner but overall these arch supports do the job for supporting one's entire foot!

Q: Will this insole work for 'flat feet'?

These insoles are great for flat feet , 3.5-3.8cm arch height to help to make a new arch, comfy and supportive.

Q: Are these insoles good for plantar fasciitis ? I'm a nurse on my feet 12 hours a day.

They can relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis by the supportive and comfortable arch.
