Happy with the purchase
I been searching for a rowing machine for some week now to add it to my daily workouts, after reading the reviews I went ahead and order it, assembly was easy the app works and it got plenty of tension to give me a good cardio it does have it's limitations but you cant expect a commercial grade rowing machine for the price, so far it's been my first week using it and im happy.

Does what it says...mostly
Good machine so far. Easy to assemble. 16 tension settings. The only thing that doesn't work is the digital screen. It basically is nothing. I've taken it apart to make sure it was assembled correctly.

Beware of this seller and brand
The machine was great. Until it wasn't. On January 2nd, 2025. I was using it and the tension belt snapped from the handle. Handle went flying from my hand. No way for me to fix. If you contact them with the info provided in the manual the email will not go through. If you down load the what's app there number is not in it. I have worked with Amazon now for four days trying to contact hart wares and still no luck in contacting them. Instead, Amazon sent an email stating the seller couldn't be contacted. Now. I'm fed up and all I know to do is contact the card I used, stop making the payments and try to get a refund for the payments I'm already out. When , I simply just wanted another one. But, not now!

Resistance was not strong enough, but the seller resolved the issue for me.
Overall, the product looks nice and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. However, the resistance is much too light. Even when adjusted to the setting with the most resistance, the pulling resistance is quite light. It is nowhere near 77 pounds as advertised. I don't have a way to measure precisely, but I think the highest resistance is around 15 pounds. I purchased this specifically because the resistance said it could go up to 77 pounds, so I am not happy with this purchase. I contacted support and their only solution is to return it, but it is difficult to return because now it is all assembled... Edit: the seller contacted me and offered a refund, so I am changing my review from one star to give stars.

I ordered this rowing machine to keep my knees and arms limber. However since receiving it I use it all the time . I am in love the way it makes me feel once done. It’s easy to use and store in any space
