Going through a rough time at the moment and got this because I’m rubbish at my diet just as substitute and make sure I don’t dry up and blow away. Banana is really nice. Especially if kept in the fridge and with ice added. I was gonna make banana milkshake out of them but having looked this up, I understand it’s better to get vanilla ensure and then liquidise that with banana so I’ll do that next time.

Great, only that didn't like the flavour. Strawberry is the best but they are so effective. Good for weight gain

So far they seem excellent but a bit too soon for any results.

Try adding ice cream to make a thicker shake. Very pleasant

Posso solo segnalare che il sapore è buono, e ben accetto anche a una persona anziana. Inoltre questa confezione da 12 è risultata sensibilmente più economica che non acquistare i flaconi nelle farmacie locali.
