I'm going to love this book. It is simple, informative, and will my be Bible for cooking. I like her suggestions of what to use with some of these items. Most books are just a bunch of hard receipes that are to follow and time consuming. I'm so glad I found this. I found have some decline in kidney function and was fretting about how can I follow good eating habits . This book lists foods that are good for kidneys and gives the amount of phosphorous, calcium, sodium, and potassium that these harmful things have. Then also guides me to follow the suggestions. Thanks so much!
