This is the first time I have had a Candy and I am very impressed. Load capacity is superb 8Kg. Even on the rapid programs the results are excellent. It feels sturdy and well made. It washes my clothes noticeably cleaner that my old machine. The spin gets the items almost dry, put them on the line for half hour and they are done or some items you could even iron straight away and again they are done. It even weighs the load to make it more efficient. Easy to use. Even the smart touch app which I thought to be just a bit of a gimmick, is going to prove to be very useful to have on board. Fits under the kitchen counter perfectly. Just completed 8 full loads in the last 2 days with no problems at all.

I ordered this washer for my elderly father. It’s easy to use, very quiet when it’s running and washes clothes well. I’d arranged for deinstallation, disposal in installation of the new machine as my father would not be able to do this. Usually He is a grumpy old man and often does not have a good word to say about people who deliver items to his house but he was full of praise for the two chaps who delivered his new washer. He told me there was an older chap and a young lad and the older chap was showing the young lad how to install the machine. My dad said both chaps were very kind, respectful and friendly, in fact he was going to give them a tip but they’d gone before he had chance to call them back. Considering my dad is like padlock pockets these chaps had obviously made an excellent impression on my father and I would like to thank them for cheering an old man up!

Well this was our second attempt at getting a washing machine, The previous one didn't seem to spin any water out of the wash. Anyway the biggest selling point for us was the noise level of this machine. A mere 61 Db (when purchased, as advertised) an Acoustic rating of A!!!!!SO that along with the size of the drum and various other features had us sold on it. So after many hours of looking for a new washing machine we bought this one.It arrived within a few days of purchasing which was great as the washing was piling up...the delivery drivers took away the rubbish and put the machine in the kitchen for me, so that was also great.Installing it was a breeze.. but after that was unfortunately where it all went downhill. We did our 1st tentative wash, easy to setup so that was good too. But when it came to the noise level dear god it was certainly NOT 61Ddb.So there we were watching a movie in our open plan living space, and the washing machine was getting progressively louder, and louder. So much so that if you were in the kitchen at the time you practically had to shout to conversate with each other. In the end the movie was paused, and we removed ourselves to another part of the house for the rest of entire cycle, The spin being the loudest part 10 -15 minutes of just noise.So after that total waste of time, and the end of the wash I removed the machine from its location to see if maybe I had left the travel bolts in, (I hadn't) and then I decided to look in the small bag that comes with your tiny instruction manual and found that there were two rating stickers.. showing the actual Db level at 79Db (by the way anything over 80 for long periods can damage hearing, so sayeth google)So after a quick call to Amazon, the machine was collected the next day and we were back to no machine.If you have a room away from the house, or don't have an open plan house, then sure it does what it says on the tin, easy to use, easy to setup, but sure as eggs is eggs is isn't 61DDb.. maybe when its filling with water. But it is sold as being 61Db. Which it isn't

Excellent machine very quiet and easy to use

This washing machine is good can't fault it I think it is quiet had candy appliances before and always had them a long time

The item is all OK. the problem we had at the time was the plastic bolts holding the drum still were not taken out. Being partly paralised i asked if they would take them out as i could'nt. They said they did'nt carry tools so refused. It only needed a screwdriver, a simple job if your abled. Could'nt get any help from phone calls. All a little stressful seeing as the machine was sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Had to call on a family member to come and do it. Absolutley no problem with the machine .Just unhelpful delivery men.
