Helpful for injuries or backaches
A great product. Have been using for years. I frequently give to friends after an orthopedic surgery or injury. It conforms to the shape you need & the Velcro secures the pack in place. I use mostly for cold. Just be careful if you warm it in the microwave-follow the directions.

Ideal Cold Therapy
Great size to cover the whole knee and with 2 straps it stays in place! The ceramic mud holds lots of cold so lasts 1-2 hours! I have been using the smaller one for years, but the elastic is shot and it doesn't stay in place, so I upgraded. This would have 5 stars but it came with a small leak near the seam, only gets a bit muddy when it thaws so I didn't bother with returning.

Extremely versatile
I like the larger size of this heating pad. I have a smaller one from the same manufacturer that I have been using for the past several years. They last a long time. The larger size is so much better, and it retains the heat for a long time. I’m really pleased with this product.
