Amazing quality but one bad flaw
For $3, come on, what can one expect?! These are solid, well built glasses at an astonishing price with an amazingly bad flaw. The bad flaw, if repeating, will mean I cannot buy from this company in future. The flaw is the very weak connection of the nose pad to the metal frame. The plastic nose pad has an extruded plastic eyelet (loop) that inserts into a tiny open box which is part of the metal frame. The box has a screw that inserts through the plastic loop and is secured on the opposite side of the box. The problem is that the extruded loop is very very delicate. I have worn these glasses less than a week and I don't sit on them or abuse them. I have had nose pads fall out of other glasses (maybe in 20% of eyeglasses I've had) but they always can be re-inserted into the frame. Other glasses have a metal connector embedded into the pad and the metal piece then is crimped into a sleeve that is part of the frame (hard to explain but it is MUCH stronger than plastic). This Eyekeeper design means that once the very delicate loop breaks, there is no possible repair. The glasses are unusable, which is a darn shame since these glasses are otherwise quite nice quality.Because of one bad design, the entire product fails. The glasses are designed to last a long time but the nose pad connector is designed to fail after 1% of the expected life of the product so the 99% of the product life is lost.

I can see clearly now
I had excellent vision all my life until a few years ago when I realized it's getting harder for me to read in dim light or anything that is written in a small font. Well, I guess that's what you can expect when you approach (and pass) the big 50. Finally I went to an oculist who confirmed my eyes are fine and my only problem is age. They also me I can get either prescription glasses from them or buy generic reading glasses with the proper diopters (+2.0). Easy choice.I bought 16 or 20 pairs of these altogether to place them everywhere in my house. Hate hunting them down, so it's good to have a couple of pairs in each room. At the price these are sold for, that's still very affordable.I tend to look horrible with glasses, but these work rather well for me. I got all my pairs in gun metal and I love the way they look. I have a pretty big head, but these fit very well and are comfortable. I forgetLast but not least, the quality is simply amazing! I don't exactly treat these very carefully, and I tend to be a bit clumsy. I drop them on the hardwood floor, sit on them, occasionally throw them across the room (don't ask). So far none of them took any lasting damage!! And if they get bent, you can just twist them back into shape.Highly, highly recommended!

Best I have ever had!
WOW!!! These are a million times better than any other ones I have had. I have been buying my reading glasses from the dollar store and by the pack at Walmart for years. I thought the more expensive Walmart glasses would be better but they have been actually worse than the Dollar store ones. The Pupil Distance on the lenses is much more sensitive on the Walmart glasses.I have tried several different brands. None of them have been spring hinged and most of them made me feel disoriented when I put them on. The spring hinge makes a huge difference in comfort and keeps away pressure indentations. Unless I try to look far away I don't even feel like I have glasses on. There is absolutely no feeling of disorientation. I can actually walk through the house with them on.Also, many brands have such a touchy PD (pupil distance) that it is only perfectly clear when you look straight in front of you. These are not touchy at all and not blurry toward the edges at all.

Great Low Cost Reading Glasses That Are Sturdier Than The Drug Store Name Brands I Used To Buy
2nd Edit - 12/17/2017 - Just received a second order of 3 pair of these reader glasses. I have only used two of the three from the previous order but wanted to have 3 more available so I can leave them different places around the house and in the cars in case I forget to put a pair in my shirt pocket and to simply have some backups available as I am fairly rough on glasses from dropping them out of my shirt pocket, etc..Also just had my annual eye examination and the Doctor's assistant wanted to take a look at the pair I had with me. She was amazed that the cost was so low and the quality was so great. Only recommendation the Dr. had for me was to up the strength when and if I begin having any issues being able to read fine print.Edit - 17 March 2017 - I am changing my rating to 5 stars for several reasons - I have had these glasses for almost 1 1/2 years now and have now found these glasses are now my preferred 'go to' and more importantly, out of 3 pair of glasses, I have only used one so far in a year and a half. These glasses hold up better than those I purchase from the local drug store. These glasses are sturdier in that the arms do not get stretched from my constantly taking them off and putting them back on and while the drug store glasses sometimes fall off my face if I bend over the Eyekeppers do not. I will probably be placing another order for 3 pair just to have them available and most likely "will not" being buying from the drug store again for the reasons stated above.

Pretty good quality and the right size and strength for me -ordered more
I must have bought 100 pairs of reading glasses in my lifetime some expensive , some not, I tend to lose, drop or break them. I keep them in my shirt pocket and some times they get caught on something as I pull them out and break, at work I have even put them down them down and stepped, rolled, knelled on them as I crawl around under machines I am working on. I prefer 275 but find that strength is a little harder to find with metal frames.I like these, they seem to be pretty sturdy, have a clear lens and if you can believe the included paperwork the ones I got are shatter resistant. The first pack I purchase took a couple weeks for delivery. I was impressed and I ordered another pack of 3 but his time it seems to be taking longer. If all are as good as the first pack I purchased I can recommend these reading glasses, just be prepared to wait.

Best reading glasses ever, they fall lightly, and bend right back.
Call me absent-minded, or sloppy. I've gone through so many reading glasses it's ridiculous. These are good glasses that survive. I've yet to destroy or even permanently harm one. They fall lightly, even hitting concrete and tile. Yup, they bend easily (rather than break) - that's true - but they bend right back too. Terrific.

One came with incorrect lens strength
I liked the look and feel but I ordered 2.5 lenses and one came as a 3.0. maybe not a big concern for most but I sit at a computer at work and 2.5 is the perfect range for the distance I sit. When I use the 3.0 the screen becomes blurred unless I shift much to close ... other than that if they can keep the lens strength consistent they are well worth the buy.

Good Buy
If your like me and need numerous pairs of reading glssses spread around the house these are fine. They seem sturdy. Magnification is accurate. Cost is better than Costco and delivered to your door free. Waiting 4-6 weeks from China is long but saving is planning.I can now loose a few pairs while out of the house and not fret. This will happen. Ordered 6 more pairs.

Fit well
They are not well built and feel fragile. The glass isn't warped and I can see clearly through them. worth what paid and usable.
