Good supplement
Nice, tasty lecithin. I take it after a meal, once or twice a day, about 5 - 10g daily. Great for reducing cholesterol levels and for the aid of fat digestion.

Nutty Pudding
Used this to make the 'nutty pudding' from Bryan Johnsons Blueprint protocol. Unsure if it's this or some of the other ingredients but it definitely gives you a lot of energy!

Good for bread making
Just a small amount is all that is required (1/2 tsp per 500g flour) to benefit from its addition to dough. It’s rather gummy and sticky, so avoid using fingers! My only disappointment is with lid of tub, which doesn’t tighten properly.

A great value better for you product
I've purchased this before, and this time again I felt I received the same great value product. I wanted a plant-based alternative to the soya lecithin, which is an ingredient in so many manufactured goods. This sunflower lecithin is a great alternative. The huge size means I get great value from it for a really good price. Would highly recommend.
