This is essential for long walks or any time where you may be limited to water or the heat is high. I often use it to stay hydrated during summer in the UK. It makes you feel as though you are being hydrated and you feel revitalised. The flavours are all good and Liquid IV does a good job of not making the water powdery like other rehydration supplements.

I love using these on busy days, at conventions or for the gym. The sticks taste great, dissolve very easily and quickly and support me to keep going through the day. I usually use one stick in 1 litre of water to reduce the sweetness, but that's personal preference. The product is expensive, but I find it worth it
