I have been mixing creatine with my pre workout for about six years now. I workout after work and have recently felt like I wasn’t in taking enough water in the evening as I should be. So, I decided to split my creatine and pre workout. I star with my creatine first thing in the morning so I can make sure my water intake is right where it should be before my workout and after. I realized the creatine I was using alone was not great taking. It was extremely chalky and gritty. I pushed through finishing the container and quickly did some research. I looked and looked, I researched this specific brand and everything looked great. I pulled the plug on ordering and I am not disappointed. I have zero stomach issues. I feel great, whether it’s the creatine alone or the fact I’m making sure my water intake is where it needs to be. The taste is amazing. It’s super light, it’s not an overpowering taste but it’s also not underwhelming. The cost is right where the markets at. It mixes great. There’s no left over grit. Definitely recommend! It does come with a scoop, I’ve had others that left you hanging. This one? Does not.

I think everyone should be taking creatine. Brain and body seem to be able to work at their best with it. I could tell a difference with this from day 1 and have been taking it a week. Memory and energy are both improved!
