Brooks Women’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe

I cannot express how much I LOVE these shoes. It is not just the brand as much as it is the style: Ghost. I have finicky feet and these are the most comfortable I have used. I purchased these online because I could not find the color scheme in the stores. I love the look of these and I was adamant about finding them! Only place I could find them was here as all other places were sold out in my size. Additionally, the fit is true to size for the brand and for all other similar brands I have used. If you are a size 9 in Nike, you will likely be fine with a size 9 in Brooks. Lastly, Brooks has been my go-to brand for awhile. This is probably my 5th or 6th pair from Brooks. They usually last about a year or so of almost everyday use before I start to feel them becoming less firm. I tend to lose heel resistance in my shoes first and Brooks has lasted a long time in comparison to other brands. It is now the brand I'm most likely going to purchase in the future as long as the quality does not change.

I’ve been wearing the Brooks Women’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe for a while now, and they’ve genuinely made a difference in how my feet feel every day. The plush midsole absorbs impact really well, which means I can walk longer and stay on my feet without the sharp pain I used to get from walking or standing for extended periods. These shoes have become my go-to for everyday errands, travel, and longer walks because they give me reliable relief while still feeling light and nimble. If you have heel/foot pain like a plantar fibroma, plantar fasciitis, or heel spurs and want a pair of sneakers that can help make walking more comfortable, these are definitely worth considering.

This is my 3rd pair of Ghost 16. They are comfortable and require no breaking in time. They feel like a pillow surrounding your foot. I am 74 yrs old, more than moderately active, and have plantar fasciitis and arthritis in both feet. I wear insoles for plantar fasciitis that fit smoothly into these shoes. I walk 1 hour per day and am moving most of the time. At the end of most days, my feet are still very comfortable and happy. The fit is good, allowing for plenty of toe room. If I didn't have to wear insoles for plantar fasciitis, I think the shoe's arch support would be sufficient. I plan to continue wearing Ghost 16 shoes as long as they don't change!

I love the comfort and support that Brooks provides consistently. The toe box has enough space for my toes which is a must for me when it comes to a good shoe.

As a ghost tour guide, I spend long hours on my feet, and the only shoes I wear are Brooks Ghost because of how comfortable and supportive they are. The Ghost 16 did not disappoint. They’re lightweight, cushioned, and comfortable right out of the box. The size 8 fit perfectly with no break-in needed. I ordered the Tomato Bisque color—just a heads-up that it looks more coral in person and almost glows in low light, which I actually love. Great shoes for walking, standing, or long days (and nights). Highly recommend.

I like Brooks Ghost in a wide. The fit, cushioning and comfort are right for my feet. I work out and wear them to walk outside or on a track. I can walk 2 miles a day without issues. They are worth the money (on sale) to me. I have arthritic feet and have had bunion and joint surgery on my right foot. I do prefer a darker color but so far they have stayed clean.

For the walkers out there, this is my wife’s “go to” shoe. Very durable for heavy walkers. Many styles and colors to choose from. She loves the comfort and fit. The size was true to size. These are always on her gift list.

This is the third pair of Brooks running shoes that I have purchased in the last three years. They are very comfortable and great for walking. They fit really well and give great foot support. The first pair I purchased was at a sporting goods store and these were the ones that were recommended for me. I hardly wear any other shoe now. I am an older woman and good foot support is very important. I walk a lot.
