great taste, easy to use. my nightly dropper full relaxes my body and helps me go to sleep. liquid vitamins and minerals is the best way for me to absorb them and sublingual is easiest. give it a try if you know you need magnesium but pills and powders don't seem to help.

I really love the forms of magnesium that this supplement provides. The taste is excellent (nice pineapple taste). This is so easy to take right from the bottle, no mixing needed. This is probably the best tasting magnesium supplement I have ever taken, and the liquid form is so convenient.

I first discovered the benefits of magnesium when experiencing restless leg issues. Magnesium was recommended and it has made a world of difference for me. There are many forms of magnesium and I can't say which is better or worse, but can say this particular liquid formula is doing wonders for me. It's yummy - pineapple flavor! - and has become a nightly habit. I find I'm sleeping deeper, and my legs haven't made a fuss in, I can't remember when last! Weeks, possibly months now. Works great for me so giving it an easy 5 stars.
