I’m genuinely impressed with the Dupray steam cleaner! First off, it’s incredibly lightweight and compact, which makes it easy to carry around and store—perfect for smaller homes or apartments. But don’t let the size fool you. On a single tank fill, I was able to deep clean an entire bathroom, tackle a heavily soiled oven, and refresh all my kitchen cabinets—without needing to stop and refill! The steam output is strong and consistent, and it made stubborn grime and grease disappear with minimal effort. This little machine packs a serious punch and has completely changed my cleaning routine. Highly recommend!

Update to previous review:I had received a replacement unit in 2022 as the boiler in the old one (purchased 2019) had started to leak. The same issue happened again recently and I contacted customer services - kind of expecting to be fobbed off as this was the second time. But no - I had an immediate reply, was given a case number and a dedicated customer service agent, uploaded a video of the leak the same day, and after returning the defective unit, received a brand new one in less than a week, no cost to me as they paid for the return. Dupray certainly do keep to their promise of the long boiler guarantee.The Neat steamer a great little machine for general use, is small enough to store away easily (no automatic lead winder or on board tool storage but you can't have everything in such a small machine) and has a good range of accessories including a great squeegee for cleaning windows, the steam is powerful and it heats up quickly. I've used steam cleaners for years, originally had a Kärcher that lasted for ages but was much bigger and less easy to store. The Neat really is a great little steamer and as it's so small and light it's super easy to get up and down the stairs. The accessories are excellent for all different types of uses.I guess the only slight negative would be that I've now had two Neats that developed boiler issues, whether this is bad luck or a general manufacturing issue I have no idea, but as the manufacturer sticks to their promise of a long boiler guarantee then they're clearly committed to great customer service. I've read some negative customer service reviews on other websites, but I have nothing but praise for them. Let's hope this new unit doesn't develop the same problem - but if it does I am confident that Dupray will deal with it in the same swift and efficient way. Thoroughly recommended.

I bought this over a Karcher because the reviews were better - Karcher seems to be living off its name rather than actual performance or quality these days. So far, so good. The unit is easy to move, easy to set up and comes with a variety of sundries. It cleans hard wood floors effortlessly with the pads provided - thanks Dupray for sending me more pads free of charge. I believe other pads work just the same. I cleaned a shower including all tiling with the copper brush (unfortunately only one copper brush comes with the device). It’s still hard work and took 1.5 tanks for three hours but that shower now looks like new. The tank is sturdy and I have no reason to believe that it - or any other parts - are going to break. The hose is about 2 metres long, just enough but could be longer for some jobs. The extension poles work a treat. I would have given it 5 stars but never do unless I have used a device or product for two years. Yes, it is more expensive than a Karcher but I think the build quality and the fact that the steam is hotter justifies the extra money.

After a year of ownership I’ll give you the details.TLDR: Amazing, get one.So this steamer has a lot to like.Cleaning power:This cuts threw grease, grime, mould and anything that’s stuck to a surface it will un stick. It can take a few passes and it may take using the brushes or switching to another attachment to get the best results but you will get the results you want with persistence.I’ve removed dried on cat food from worktops, dried on paint splatter off tiles, moss/mould from car panels, awful smells from car seats, stains from carpet, stuck in solid debris from carpet.I’ve cleaned so many things: Leather sofa, entire carpets for killing germs and sanitising, rugs for sanitising as my cats use them, tiled floor, laminate floor, car leather and fabric seats, car interior plastics, bathroom aqua panels, shower cubical, mirrors, windows, kitchen appliances grill/oven....etc... you get the point it can clean so many things.It’s good at dislodging stuck on dirt with the benefit of sanitising at the same time.Then you just wipe it away with a microfibre cloth and jobs a good one.The benefit of steam cleaning:-it kills germs with high temp over 100 deg C-it’s safe for pets( I have 3 cats)-no chemicals needed-dries fast-water efficientThe unit itself:-it’s attractive, I love it’s simplistic box looks-the power cable coils onto bottom for storage-the steam hose is nice and long-it takes about 1.5 litres and will be enough to keep you going for an hour straight.-about 10 minutes to heat up-lots of attachments included for every job-plenty pads and a cloth to get your started-can easily fit your own microfibre cloths( use hair bands you find them falling off)-pads and cloths are washable for reuse again and againIn the time of COVID-19 sanitising is important and this definitely helps going round the whole house.Recommended to all.Last but not least the cons:-Old stains don’t always come out-Steam is obviously hot and dangerous if handled wrongly, please be safe and keep the business end away from you at all times.-expensive but it is worth it.
