These are great for indoor or outdoor interactive play. We only used them indoors as it’s snowing out here. We love stepping stones as they encourage physical activity. I bought these for my niece and she is having a blast! They light up and play a tune when stepped on and she just loves it. They work like advertised. Just put the batteries in you're ready to go. So much fun at night the way they light up. The neighborhood kids came over in the evening and they were making up different games to play with them. So glad I got these, they are having so much fun! Made of strong durable plastic for years of fun!

First off I ordered these for my grandchildren to play with and they are very durable and stack for storage. Be aware that this model uses 15AA batteries which in the further they will be making rechargeable pads. Construction wise I had my freind who weights 260 pound stand on them to test the strength and they held up fine so no worry’s about your kids jumping on them. Each pad has her feet on the bottom to keep them from sliding around while playing in fact grandma got in on the game too.. my kids do not seem to have a problem, keeping their balance while leaping from stone to stone and they are fairly easy to use simply turn them on and set them in the floor. If your children or grandchildren are like mine they played for hours and we’re very happy as well as had a great time. As well, these could be used outdoors in warmer season if you wanted to go play outside. However, I would not leave them outside as the electronics do not seem to be very waterproof so moisture could affect this product but other than that, I felt they were a decent value for the money

These stepping stones are such a hit at our house! The added layer of fun with the music when stepping has made playtime even more interactive and exciting. The stepping stones helped us practice balancing with our toddler and for the price of these compared to other brands I would order these again! The strips on the bottom of the stones make them sturdy and slip free too!

Where you can comfortably place your foot is only 8"....the marketing images makes it look like it's 12" or close to. Diagonally is barely over, and straight across the bottom is 11.5. At least they are all the same size it seems.Took longer for them to get here though that's probably on Amazon/other carriers.I didn't notice the green batteries in the images or I thought that was an unnecessary picture, but you have to put these tedious batteries in yourself and they have warnings of explosion that I've never seen so obnoxiously posted as here. I hope that's for extra caution not because they are extra dangerous.......these are supposed to recharge to be easy but now I wonder how long these will last from the same brand nonetheless.....clever way to screw people out of money it seems but we'll see.I HATE leaving batteries out also....talk about dangerous, and yet these are supposed to be charged individually just laying there I've never heard of such a thing. So you'll need access to five safe charging ports whenever their batteries die. We have an apartment that's not easy at all.......I'd have to invest in special equipment or spend all day charging these/charging two at a time.There's no way to turn them off or affect volume either!! I am glad the volume is just loud enough for our quiet home. If it was loud you couldn't hear it. I prefer it this level. But the fact that you can't turn them off and they were more expensive than most bothers me....I don't know how to rate it honestly because I love the aesthetic (and can't believe other companies haven't made bigger ones with these cute colors/thematics, the piano sounds are nice) but the battery situation is not an upgrade IMO it's highly questionable and now I have to either unscrew the whole thing or put them away somewhere hoping the battery isn't draining everytime we don't use them????Considering the warnings it makes me worried. We have had plenty of toys get ruined from batteries leaking, Amazon brand and Energizer just from time and perhaps 80 degree indoor temperature.I'm curious to see how long they last but I'm also tempted to return them while I still can.

Work as expected and the kids love them. They are sturdy and do not slip on hardwood floors.

Intge description it says these stones have a rechargeable battery! Then when asking "rufus" it tells you it takes 15 AA batteries.TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING.IT Should be in the details that in fact it is NOT a rechargeable product. Just list honestly that it requires 15 AA batteries. Let the consumer decide if they want to purchase it or not

My toddler loves playing with this toy. it is a great interactive toy with great sounds effects. My toddler especially loves the way they light up. I got on top of one and it was very durable
