I recently have been attending more meetings than normal and cannot always get my notes written down in time- this not only records them and makes a transcript but allows for AI technology to be used with it. I like that it allows for clear recordings and has a magnetic backing that attaches to my phone- makes it super convenient! The transcript can have some errors but it's usually due to the speaker not speaking properly or such. The summary transcripts are also one of the coolest features!

I really like this AI recorder. The recording quality is excellent, with clear sound and no noise. It has a long battery life, is lightweight, and very convenient to use. It has a 64GB memory , having it in my important meetings ensures I won’t miss any details.

The hardware portion of this is good, and is a solid recorder on its own. The software, though, really needs some improvement and it feels like it's not quite ready for release. The user interface isn't intuitive and it's just confusing to operate consistently. I don't want to have to spend a lot of time to learn how to use new software for every device I get. It should be pretty obvious and intuitive to use or else it's just not worth my time. This is neither. Once you figure it out, though, it works reasonably well, and with some improvements this could easily be a 5 star product.

This AI voice recorder really is an amazing tool. With modern devices increasingly able to interpret my words, it is impressive to see this capability in action in such a useful way. With the press of a button, this device allows me to record anything for future review, either orally or in transcript view. I have auditory processing difficulty so it is hard for me to pick everything up in conversations. It is helpful for me to see the words written simultaneously, much like I like using closed captioning on a tv. This device connects by bluetooth to my phone or tablet through the chime app, downloading recorded dialog and processing it efficiently into text. For longer dialogue, I can even use AI to create meeting notes, summarizing everything succinctly. That is fantastic when I have several recordings and want a quick review of what was discussed. This device is very easy to use and really discrete, it’s about the size of a credit card holder wallet that goes on the back of a phone. It can even be used to wirelessly charge my phone. The voice to text functions so smoothly and efficiently that I think many people could benefit from it, from transcribing business meetings and college lectures to personal use. The compact size fits easily in any pocket making it very discrete to use.

There is no way to recover a deleted recording, as there is no ‘deleted’ folder. This is a basic function of most recording devices. There isn’t even a warning prior to deleting to avoid inadvertently deleting important recordings. Also, there is no connection between the app for recordings, aside from translations. Everything, as far as I can tell, has to be done on your phone, which is very inefficient. Lastly, transcribing takes a long time. Every recording must be transcribed before it can be summarized.

I compared this with the other brand for months before making a decision and I didn’t know how useful it would actually be for a university student; but it’s good.It’s easy to record and captures all the details during classes, even side discussions that can barely be heard. I like the smart summary feature that interfaces to CGTP. The summarization templates are good and make it more efficient.It’s more compact than my phone. The best features are free (compared to competitors) and the paid features are reasonably priced.This won’t do your homework but it will help get you through your university classes, long meetings and a busy life.

This is a great AI Voice Recorder. It is small and fits in my pocket. The battery lasts and its easy to charge.I use this for work, but I know my son would really like one for college.Great Purchase!

I plan on using this for doctor appointments but haven't had the opportunity yet. Meantime I've tested it on a few videos and things just to see if it works. My biggest complaint is the integration between the device and the app is really confusing. Sometimes I think I'm deleting something from both, and the same recording pops back up again when I sync the two. Then other times I think I'm recording but I'm not. It seems to work a bit better if you do the start/stop recording from the app itself, but not every time. The chatgpt does a good job of transcribing but it's obviously not perfect and it relies on the quality of whatever you're recording. If it's a basic conversation that it can hear pretty well then you'll get a good output but if you're recording from another recording it's a bit iffy on what it hears vs what is actually said.
