Bandai Hobby models are great. I ended up returning this one, because I couldn't get Suicune. Got Mewtwo instead haha.

Good for Bandai Nowadays
The last few years, official Pokemon toys have really been going down in quality, so when I saw one of these for the first time (Mew) I gave it a shot, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised that it looked nice after assembly and was a decent size as well, so I went ahead and ordered Raikou since he's one of my other favorites. He was more complicated to put together, but still not too hard- one star off because the stickers for his eyes printed incorrectly so were unusable. Luckily my husband paints models so I can do it myself, but someone else may not have the means to fix the same manufacturer slip up.
