I bought DIM to help with menopausal irregularities with spotting due to estrogen dominance. It's been over a month and I can tell its working. A side benefit which totally surprised me is the shrinking of fatty deposits under the skin. I have one such deposit on my inner forearm and its decreased in size by at least 80%.
