Q: Is each panel the same? Should they line up and match? Mine don't

Yes the panels are the same on mine. The print on mine is not made to line up. The picture you posted looks like those do but my print has a little more dark places in it. I have never seen that picture before but if I did, I would think they would line up and that would also interest me!

Q: Does color show on the outside

The primary color is on the outside (facing the bathroom).

Q: Are the marble blue curtains a royal blue?

Mine has some darker blue in them but I would not call it royal blue. Most of mine is turquoise.

Q: What does the backside look like? Is it just a neutral white or can you see the pattern on the otherside?

It’s just white from the back. You can not see the pattern.
