Great Sound and Great After service
Amazing product and the best after services. The sound quality is really amazing and does give a run to all the High end brands. A shout out to the Customer Service

Highly satisfied with support
Pros:1.Mic is perfect.2.Sound quality is good.3.Fast BT connectivity (BT connects via opening lid).4.Equaliser via App.5.Support team is perfect.Cons:1.Lid build quality is poor and makes little sound while opening. So recommended to use a cover for the case.Previously i'm using Apple airpods 2 and Samsung buds FE...Comparing with these two, Soundpeats air5 works awesome.

It's a good thing
The bass is not much but the sound quality is best, super. I don't want to spend that much for the money but I would give 3 out of 5 good bass

Issue faced and resolved
After 3 months left earbud sometimes connects and sometimes not.Soundpeats was supportive to send me a replacement and assured me that it was thoroughly checked.Will post a review after sometime about how the replacement works.Thank you soundpeats and amazon for your support.
