I am a side sleeper and use this to support my neck/head; I have had problems in the past with my neck and have tried out and returned a few different pillows which were not suitable. This pillow is nicely shaped and just the right amount of firmness/softness for me. It could have been a little deeper, just a personal preference. It is good quality, though I will need to customise some pillow cases to fit snugly. Overall I am pleased.

Really comfortable especially sleeping on my back. My neck pains are lesser. Memory foam is soft to a bit firm. Good support behind the neck. But I sleep on my side most of the time and find my ear getting really painful when in prolonged position. I also wish it’s a little bigger in size. Would recommend

I bought this to use when I get neck pain as it is not a daily pain so don’t use this daily but does help ease the pain when used. I would say it’s a good pillow but a little in the small side

Great neck pillow. Wish I bought a slightly thicker pillow now (could be due to me being tall rather than short or having broad shoulders?). Good first neck pillow though. Still have neck & shoulder pain but the initial difference was good.

This pillow is very comfortable. I didn't notice the size of the product before ordering. It is quite a bit smaller than an "normal" pillow and therefore doesn't fill pillow cases. I have attached a picture of this pillow on top of my original pillow to show the difference in the sizes.

Have been using for a few months now, hsving suffered neck problems for about 2 years. Well pleased, takes a while to get used to, but has deffinately worked for me, now waking up without previous stiff neck issues. No problems regarding strange smells or not returning to shape that others have reported. I’m a sceptical buyer but would recommend you give this a go if you are suffering neck problems. I took the view that for the cost of 6 pints of decent beer, this was worth a punt and was not disapointed. Would recommend.

Smaller than expected and took a while to get used to. It was worth sticking it out. Transition from a standard pillow is a bit of a shock because it's hard. Now I can't sleep without it.

I am 6’9” so have a long neck and body. I find this pillow really helps alleviate neck pain and so far I haven’t had an elbow to the face for snoring so win win!Only thing it needs is an extra pillow case or a cotton one for a little more comfort
