Comento, que éste anillo Oura ring 3 es una maravilla. Está vinculado vía bluethoot a mí iPhone, con su app Oura. Llevo unas semana usándolo casi las 24 hrs que dura el día, solo lo cambio de dedo porque a veces es incómodo por el tiempo que lleva en un mismo dedo…. Sus métricas son más exactas que el Apple Watch Ultra 2. Estoy feliz de tener un anillo Oura ring, que me diga características de mí persona que desconocía. Es lo que me hubiera gustado encontrar en una reseña para decidirme a comprarlo. Espero que les ayude.

Ich nutze den Oura Ring jetzt seit etwas mehr als 6 Monaten als Ergänzung zu meiner Apple Watch und bin wirklich begeistert. Der Ring ist angenehm zu tragen, stört im Alltag überhaupt nicht und liefert vor allem sehr präzise Messdaten. Akkulaufzeit: Der Akku hält bei mir immer noch genauso gut wie am ersten Tag. Ich muss ihn nur alle paar Tage kurz laden absolut ausreichend und deutlich besser als erwartet. Tracking & Genauigkeit: Schlaf, Herzfrequenz, Aktivität und andere Werte werden sehr zuverlässig erkannt und gemessen. Besonders das Schlaftracking ist meiner Meinung nach genauer als viele Alternativen. App & Benutzerfreundlichkeit: Die Oura-App ist optisch sehr ansprechend, schnell und übersichtlich aufgebaut. Alles fühlt sich durchdacht an und macht einfach Spaß. Abo-Modell: Ja, das monatliche Abo ist etwas nervig. Aber im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz (z. B. Whoop) ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deutlich besser und die Datenqualität spricht für sich. Fazit: Für alle, die ihre Apple Watch um präzises Schlaf- und Gesundheits-Tracking erweitern wollen, ist der Oura Ring eine klare Empfehlung. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen!

El anillo es espectacular, perfecto para controlar tu cuerpo, mide pulsaciones, nivel de estrés, cuanto y cómo duermes, cómo respiras al dormir, registra las actividades que haces a lo largo del día, después de 3 meses de uso puedo decir que es un producto muy recomendado si te gustan las métricas de salud, es cómodo de llevar y la batería dura alrededor de 5 días, la carga es rápida cuando esto ocurra. La única pega por decir algo contrario es que tengas que pagar por la app 5 euros al mes, la cual es muy clara y totalmente en español, muy bien hecha y con actualizaciones para estar al día. En general muy contento y lo recomiendo al 100%.
