Holly duck! Amazing!
I was petrified of cooking my first duck! I thought it’d smell the house out and be greasy and I’d never get the timings right.I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND IT WAS PERFECTION OMG! We just adored it and it did us three adults with lots of meat on a roast dinner and enough for a very healthy portion for a sublime sandwich the next day! Don’t delay but this duck today!

Easy duck with a pinch of salt
This is hands down the easiest way to make roast duck perfectly succulent. Just needs a little more seasoning for my palette which can be added.

Small no Meat
Very small duck no meat all bones, not enough for two people, okay for one person only, not good at all better off buying breasts, of they get a larger duck with meat on it, these must be the tiniest ducks produced. Easy to cook. Very Disappointed.
