Love this!
Great for home workouts and resistance training. Bands are thick and great quality. Been using the heavy band above my knees when doing air squats. Helps with form and resistance. Happy with this purchase

Great resistance, a little short for my skill set.
Love the resistance, however with my abilities they're a little short for me. Color coding makes it easy to grab and know what weight you expect to have. The width is great so the band doesn't,"roll up" on your leg,or arm.

Not worth it.
Horrible purchase. It’s already a cheap product so I should have known better, but all of the bands roll up when using them. Extremely cheap and doesn’t get the job done at all. Do not recommend this product.
