The media could not be loaded. To be honest, My car didn't support wireless Android Auto function and for frequent travellers it's must to have feature.Wired connection is ok as adjustment but honestly it feels messy and when u are a car enthusiast you are keen to have the best for your car.Here is the thing... process of getting the warranty replacement of this faulty h/w
3-4 months the product worked well, but now it's continuously getting disconnected and reconnected after few seconds...can anyone please help in letting me know the process of getting this faulty h/w replaced from company as this is under 2 years warranty.

Bad Product with worst customer support
After using for few days, the product worked only couple of time. 99% of time, it hangs and gets disconnect. I tried with 3 different cars and different mobiles and still same issue.Seems that the product is defective.It's difficult process of getting support. No contact for getting help. Has to rely on amazon support for warranty or product support.Even after contacting them somehow, they took time to confirm that product is defective and only offer 50% refund.The seller company is cheating with customers and Amazon does not seem to have any clue about this and allows such type of seller to use their platform.
