Had these for my husband and they have definitely helped with digestive problems. He suffered with gas and bloating but that's all disappeared. He said they are easy to swallow. I will keep purchasing these for him...they have definitely helped.

Its hard to judge these after a short period of time but contrary to what I used to think, not all probiotics are the same! This one contains a 30 day supply at 10 billion CFU dosage, split across a very broad range of probiotics. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow and manufactured (somewhere) in the European Union so food safety standards should be good. Also vegan and gluten free. They are pretty competitively priced for probiotics as you can easily spend much more. In terms of efficacy - no adverse effects yet not positive ones but its early days

Really helped with a recent bout of diverticulitis and ibs will continue to use

Why did you choose this product over others?: Unsure on this. I started it and experienced really bad migraines. I stopped it and haven't had any. It may not be linked but I'm anxious to restart

Probiotics are a bit of a minefield, as you have to experiment with which combination is right for you, and there are a million of them! I've been taking this brand for a little over a week, and so far, have experienced no side effects, which sometimes happens - no extra bloating while my body adapts to them (an annoying ironic negative) and in fact, my stomach feels quite a bit lighter than it did before trying them. Will certainly take them until the bottle runs out, and might well make them a fixture in my quest to fix my chronic IBS.

This is very value for money. It contains 18 strains which is impressive in itself. The quantities of each strain are modest but not really low, below 1 billion each. Some probiotics barely give you 1 billion cells per capsule! There are a reasonable number of bifido species which I personally favour. Mostly lactobacillus sp. as you would expect. Plus Enterococcus faecalis which is a great strain and non-spore forming like the others. And Streptococcus thermophilus, which is commonly found in yoghurt. Spore forming species tend to pass through rather than repopulate. Stand out species I would say are B. animalis, B.infantis, L. reuteri, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus and L. gasseri. I could personally do without the L. bulgaricus which is a D-Lactate rather than L-Lactate producing bacteria, which is often found in yoghurt, and you don't want too much D-Lactate or you may end up fatigued. With so many other great strains, why bother adding it? Overall, great.

Recently my ibs has been bad as I've been on a medication that makes me more constipated and these probiotics have been working amazingly in supporting my digestion and helping things move along easier. I had taken probiotics from other brands but they were not doing much so happy I found these. Even better that they're vegan so they fit within my lifestyle and they're very easy to take.
