My grandma loves it!
I ordered this for my grandma because her old colander was rusting and she could not find a new colander that had small enough holes! She was looking for one where the rice would not fall through the holes during straining. The material looks like it will last for a very long time… Great size, easy to clean. Five stars

Keeps its new appearance well.
Works well. I have run it through the dishwasher several times and so far there is no sign of rust. It still looks brand new.

Great product
I needed another colander for my kitchen. The one I had was plastic and getting old. Love my new colander, dishwasher safe, holes are smaller so my pasta doesn't escape, doesn't stain or retain smells. Highly recommended.

I just received this a little while ago and have not used it yet because it is for my daughter who is moving at the end of the month. It arrived quickly and looks exactly like the picture. I cannot attest to its durability or ease of cleaning so I gave those a 3 only for that reason.

Professional tools at an amateur price!
I've been using my new colander for a few weeks now, and love it. It looks great, handles well, and almost cleans itself. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Handles are not steel (possibly tin), mesh tastes metallic
This had a fairly metallic smell to it, so I washed it thoroughly with hot water, soap, and scrubbed it with a rag. I was suspicious of the metal composition, so I tested it with a magnet. The handles are not attracted to a magnet so they are not steel at all. Maybe tin. The mesh is weakly attracted to a magnet, as opposed to anything made of significant amounts of iron (steel) being strongly attracted to my magnet. I would love for the seller to give a technical description of the metals used.

Great product!
I really like it! It is very sturdy and durable (so far). I don't anticipate any problems at all, ever. If I were to change anything it would be smaller holes. I use it for straining yogurt so it's perfect for that. I would buy again.

Good size and made well
This is a great addition to my kitchen love the size and quality build. Will be using mostly as a pasta strainer but there is so many uses of this item. Glad I bought it.
