I love making summer rolls with these. Just soak them in a plate of water until they are soft. Then place your filling on it and fold it like a burrito. I make my own sauce with tamari, lemon juice, garilic, ginger powder and tahini, which I put inside with avocado, shredded carrot, chopped steamed broccoli and microgreens. Delicious!

These are perfectly durable. I have tried others before. This brand is my favourite. Keeps the shape and won’t break. Easy to use

The instructions say soak for a couple seconds however even after 2o or 30 seconds they weren't pliable like other brands. They still cracked! I would never buy them again.
