Work great. A very good vitamin

I’ve been using this for over five minutes for me. I can say it actually works. I can feel the difference.

with any supplement you have to take the time and research each of the ingredients to make sure it is safe for you to take and don't interact with any prescription medications you may be on, some of the ingredients have been proven to assist with eye health, only time and my next eye appointment will tell if its really helping, the only thing i can see as far noticing anything is that my eyes don't seem to be as tired

Didn't do anything for me

Something about being over 40 has my eyes craving lutein. This mix has less of it than my previous supplement, but seems to do the job well enough.I take two daily with my plethora of other vitamins and unless I have a very active day I don't need more. I recently had a trip that involved being up and using my eyes intently all night, so I'd give myself a second dose at dinner time. All was well.I think the added Vitamin C and E works better for my body than the fish oil that was in the prior brand.

I've been taking these eye vitamins for a few weeks now, and while it's hard to say for sure if they're making a difference, I do feel like my eyes are less strained at the end of the day.These vitamins have lutein and zeaxanthin, which I've read are important for macular health. They also have vitamin C, which is a nice bonus. The pills are easy to swallow, and the price is reasonable.I'm not sure if they're actually helping with blue light filtration, but I'm hoping they'll at least provide some preventative benefits in the long run. I'll continue taking them and see how it goes.

The price seems okay if it is actually working. I feel a lot of eye strain and this seems like a good preventative measure if it works but there's no way to know for sure
