tastes acceptable
I take a half teaspoon straight in my mouth with my morning drink of chocolate whey protein, ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil, and grass fed butter. This Leucine tastes almost like chocolate, but not quite as good. I'm just glad it doesn't taste like a flat tire, like another brand I tried 10 years ago.I'm taking it to keep the muscle I have with a caloric restriction. Not sure my thoughts are correct, but its helping me heal some wounds too.
