If your scooter, ATV, or dirt bike's handlebar grips sports several layers of old duct tape or maybe a few turns of black rubber electricians' tape, then maybe it's high time for a useful and colorful needed upgrade. A nice rubber waffle style handlebar grip set for scooters, ATVs, and dirt bikes may be just the right combination of good looks and "hold-ability" that you need. Handlebar grips, whether for the throttle or for the non-throttle side play a very important role. They provide a positive and firm connection between the rider and the machine. These waffle style grips have that great texture molded into the surface, providing an excellent hold-ability without becoming tiresome to the hands. So there is no more reason to use taped-on substandard or torn handlebar grips. Note: These grips are designed to fit the widest variety of scooter types, brands, and models using the ubiquitous 7/8" handlebar shaft diameter. Some users may notice a slight difference between the left side grip's inner bore diameter and that on the right side grip. This is by design and is to facilitate mounting on scooters with twist-grip throttles. If one grip feels a just a bit too loose compared to its sibling, we recommend wrapping your that side's handlebar in a thin layer of regular household cellophane tape.
