I weave with this yarn and absolutely love it. The colors are great and it’s easy to take care of Plan for about a 1 inch shrinkage and with hot water wash and tumble dry.

Good for crochet or knit dishcloths or washcloths or doilies. The strands separate if you pull out the stitches and redo as another reviewer said.

What is going on with this yarn? I have used Sugar & Cream yarns for years and loved them! However . . . the two $9.99 Teal color skeins I recently purchased as part of a larger order are unlike any other Sugar & Cream yarn. The feel of the yarn is a way "off". It resists passing through my hand, it resists the needle, it resists being drawn through the piece I am crocheting as if it had been dipped in molasses laced with iron filings. THUNK - - - THUNK - - - THUNK one double crochet accomplished. . . I am in the middle of a project, so I will continue to wrestle with this yarn. I bought two skeins and am not sure what I will do with the unused one at this point, but it is almost too much trouble for me to stop what I am working on and return it. Sigh. The other yarns that I purchased in my Order are all wonderful. They are "normal" feeling and a joy to use; so nothing happened to the shipment to cause the Sugar & Cream Teal skeins to degrade into this awful state. I just don't know . . . very disappointed.
