When I wake up in the morning my nose is always clogged. What I do is I spray this and leave it in for 3 minutes and it makes it much easier to blow all the mucus out since it loosens it. Also I like to because it’s drug free and your body doesn’t rely on it.

The container is a little hard to use. It’s more of a spray, than a mist. That’s the u comfortable part. It dose clean my sinuses, when I need it. But, I habe too other friends that it didn’t help at all. I guess their problem is severe alergies and mine is irritation of just too much pollen around. One spritz in each nose relieved the issue for me. I had to stay with a tissue for a while, because like I said before, it sprays rather than mist, so that I can decide how much liquid to introduce up my nose.lol

This stuff is great! I used to use my neti pot daily, but now I can mostly use these instead.
